All the medical information and examination results are receiving. After that, as your consultant the most appropriate and special treatment plan prepared by specialist doctors are offered.

Our patients have the opportunity to have quick access to medical evaluations of physicians. The status of the patients is evaluated within 24 hours and a return to the patient is provided by the Consultant. Patients can access all information about our hospitals where they can be treated. Moreover, patients may have information about all medical technologies to be used in treatment. Patients have access to all alternative price options for their treatment.

Arrival to Turkey

Airplane tickets can be provided by our advisors or in person upon the request of the patient. If the patient needs to stay in the hotel before or during the treatment, our advisors will make the necessary reservations. Patient who is after the arrival of Turkey will make accommodations met at the airport by our consultant interpreter hotel or transfer to the hospital performed. The patient is provided with a sim card that they can use if they need it during their treatment. Our consultants serve to our patients and their relatives until the day of 7/24 during and after treatment.

Departure from Turkey

Our consultants make all the necessary organization for the patient's discharge from hospital on the day of discharge. Patients are informed about control appointments and postoperative care before leaving the hospital. The transfer to the airport is free of charge. If requested by the patient and his / her relatives, optional extra tourist trips are organized by our consultants.

After our patients go back to their countries, they can always contact our counselors for post-treatment care, questions and opinions.
